Livraison:Firstly, I ordered a DDP shipping, the package arrived and I was asked to pay for customs by UPS. After deliberating for a few days with JiBiMed (they tried to make me pay for the custom when I paid for DDP) they finally agreed to pay it. Conception: The product I ordered was supposed to be 24L of sterilizing volume. I don't know if it is a conception problem or if they sent me the wrong product (18L) but when I calculated the volume of the sterilizing bucket, it was less than 20 Liters (27cm diameter x 34cm depth), but I needed 24. I asked for a partial refund, which they refused, and I had to escalate to a dispute through alibaba insurance. After a few days, they accepted to refund me 75 USD (which is a very small amount of the total order). Qualité: The quality of the product overall is good and it works as intended. Communication was ok with JIBIMED, but It was overall a poor experience. I felt like I was being swindled and that I had to fight during the whole process.
